Angelo and team came and gave me an estimate and worked with my expeditor, department of buildings and ConEd, both administratively and on-site, to get the work completed. The bureaucracy involved made this a frustrating and time consuming project, but Tina and Angelo stuck with us to align all the players, work orders, regulations etc. to successfully complete the work. "I worked with Jesse to help with a clogged bathtub drain after I tried plunging it myself. I explained over the phone that I was dealing with backflow problems and each time I used the bathroom sink the water would end up back in the tub. Unlike another plumber who said they would need to charge me to snake both the tub and the bathroom sink, Jesse explained it would likely just need to be the sink and there is an issue in the shared drainage pipe.
